Sustainability is at the heart of what we do at Aspen. We are committed to creating value for our stakeholders in a manner that is responsible, transparent, and that respects the rights of all. We recognise that to achieve long-term success, we need to deliver our business strategy in a way that creates value not only to Aspen and our shareholders, but also to society and the planet.
Our Sustainability Strategy consists of four key pillars: patients, our people, environment, and society underpinned by our goals which aim to ensure an integration and alignment of Aspen’s sustainability objectives with business priorities.
We are excited to share our Sustainability Strategy, endorsed by the Executive Sustainability Forum and approved by the Aspen Board

We also strive to continue to purchase 100% green electricity every year.

Our Sustainability Goals
Aspen is committed to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). These are the sustainable development goals set by the United Nations. Of these SDGs, four are of particular interest to Aspen API, namely;

The 4 SDGs that are particularly important for Aspen |
SDG3 Good health and well-being; SDG5 Gender Equality; SDG12 Responsible consumption and production and SDG 13 Climate action. Of course, the other thirteen goals are also important to Aspen and the fact that we focus on these four does not alter the fact that Aspen endorses all UN goals. The choice of these four SDGs is based on the expectations of our stakeholders and because we believe that we can have the most influence on them as a company. We refer to these SDGs in our communication, including in the signature of our emails, and also in presentations about our sustainability program.
